I was so fortunate to be asked to be the featured designer in the upcoming Knitscene Summer 2015 issue! I’ve got 4 designs in the magazine, and this week I’ll be featuring all of them. The issue is available for download here, otherwise you’ll find it on the shelves by mid-April.

Lake Ontario Hat

Lake Ontario Hat

First up is a simple little beanie I designed with a super lovely semi solid from The Copper Corgi.

Lake Ontario Hat!

Lake Ontario Hat!

I set out to design a little hat to wear on the beach to protect your hair from the blowing winds, and your scalp from the sun. It’s easily the most beanie-like hat I’ve ever designed, but it needs to be tight to your head to stay on!
