From the press release: New features and benefits include Annie’s Yarn Trend Report for the latest yarn trends, highlight and specials, Stitch Guide Videos and Tutorials, and Build-A-Kit with over 50 knit and crochet patterns to choose from! Yarn, accessories and patterns will be categorized and organized in a way that will make it easier to shop. A new feature, Annie’s Build-a-Kit will allow customers to choose a pattern and size and then step by step instructions to build their own personalized kit with yarn, pattern and accessories.
I love Build-a-Kit, so I wanted to put that to the test!
Right away I recognized my friend Julie of Knitted Bliss in a super cute Plum Tree Slouch Hat, so I click that and am taken to the kit page where I’ve got a bunch of colors of Berroco Vintage to choose from.
When I scroll down there are four needle options. According to the pattern write up, I’ll need size 7 and 8 16″ circs and size 8 DPNs. Maybe you need those size 7 DPNs and it doesn’t mention it in the pattern write up, or maybe those size 7 DPNs just snuck their way on to the page. In any case, just be sure to double check the pattern description before placing your order.
From there I clicked the Add All Selections to Cart and there they all were! Ready to go.
