Last week we tackled the unusual construction of our Delancey Cardigans, we cast on both side panels and connected them, despite sometimes not really knowing what we were knitting. But now we’ve got the body of our cardigans cooking, we’re keeping track of our rows however we can, and we’re ready to keep knitting.
This Week’s Delancey Cardigan Goal: Keep working your Delancey pattern through row 108.

Theresa's Delancey
For original pattern followers: This is pretty straight forward. You are on row 54 right now, so just keep working in pattern as established, working in your stripes every 24 rows, for another 54 rows.
For shortened pattern followers: You get a break this week! Since Alexis’s shortened instructions tell you to skip ahead in the pattern after row 88, you are technically only working to row 88, when you will skip ahead in the pattern to row 109. So take advantage of this shortened work week to get some other FOs finished up! And keep in mind that you are striping with only 18 rows between striped sections!
For plus sized pattern followers: You got a little head start on this week since you needed to make larger side panels then the other pattern followers, so keep working as established to row 108.

Rachel's Delancey
For shortened plus sized pattern followers: Alexis’s shortened instructions tell you to skip ahead after row 82, so you’ve got an even smaller section of knitting to get through. Keep striping every 18 rows, and knit up to row 82.
(Be glad you only have to keep track of one pattern variation! WHEW!)
So keep working that body, because next week we are separating for the sleeves and it’s going to get a little crazy. Email me pics or share them on the forum. Questions? You can email me those, too, or ask them on the forum. It’s super active this time around!

The construction of that looks intense! I look forward to seeing how this is all going to come together….
