The Sweatshop of Lover's Blog celebrates every aspect of knitting - from finding a pattern to finishing a project. I publish my own patterns, share everything on my needles, and help knitters of all skill levels get excited about knitting. Never snobby, I use creativity and ingenuity to create finished projects for less. More than anything, The Sweatshop of Lover's Blog LOVES knitting and wants to make you love it, too.

But Noel! I just want to hug him!

Apparently it is a good thing this wasn't my problem.

I just introduced this series to a friend of mine who is about to start college. I am watching it with her and my answer is the same today as it was when I first watched about ten years ago...she should have chosen Ben. Ben was what inspired her to move across country and go to school in NY. Ben was always that one elusive guy for her and if she hadn't chosen to go with him on the road trip she would have always wondered "what if?" and it would have driven her crazy. Even if they got back to school and it never worked out between them at least she would never have been plagued with that doubt. Noel is a sweet, sincere guy, but Ben was always the guy for her. Noel even said it himself, that he would never "inhabit" her the way that Ben did.

Team Ben all the way!

I'm hoping you find the middle ground, a Boel, if you will, (Nen?) during your social experiment so I can leave my house on the weekends hoping I'll find someone I like talking to more than I like talking to my cats.

... oh shit. That sentence was the beginning of the end.
